I have a sore in my mouth located on the inside of my cheek near my gumline -What could it be -its very tender - mouth sore inside cheek

I can not really concerned much about my gums near my last 3 teeth, but doubts as to my cheek (inside) and I can see what kind of resembles a small incision with a white ring around - what could it be said my father, he could be a Abbesses mouth ulcers or sores in the mouth - what do you think it sounds, and I have to do to try at home can not afford - Dr. Law, and now I do not think its something important - thank you
